I’m back with another Blogger Takeover post for you guys! This feature makes me so happy, because I love being able to see what all of the different bloggers can come up with (:
Today’s post is brought to you by Bailey from Partial To Polish! Her nail art is always so cute, and I love her photos! So, enough of me talking and onto the nails!
I’ve been loving the index and middle finger accent nails for years and lately, I’ve found it’s an awesome way to pair a beautiful indie polish with nail art! This is especially fun with glitter-containing indie polishes because as of yet, I haven’t had the heart to cover one up with nail art.
Above are all of the polishes I used for this look. I started off with two coats of two different Elevation Polishes; Cloud Peak for the blue nails and Limestone for the leaf nails. I then went in with OPI Uh Oh Roll Down The Window, Deborah Lippmann Hannah and Sonia Kashuk On The Hunt on different nail art brushes to paint the leaves. If you’ve been wondering about Sonia Kashuk nail polish, I’ve loved every one I’ve tried. I’d say they’re definitely worth picking up, they are very opaque to the point that some of them are one-coaters!
As far as top coat goes, I actually used two different ones for this look. My beloved Essie Good To Go Top Coat was dangerously low, so I used it only on the leaf nails. On the blue nails I used a top coat I’m not so in love with due to bubbling, smoothing and wear issues; Sally Hansen Insta-Dri Top Coat.
Thanks so much for having a look everyone! If you’d like to check out my blog or other social media accounts I’ll leave some links down below! Happy Friday! =)
Thank you so much Bailey for this lovely post! Can you guys believe that this was her first guest post?
