Hello lovelies! I’m back from my blogging break, woo! I seriously missed writing blog posts and sharing nail art with you guys. The craziness at work isn’t totally over yet, but I didn’t want to extend my break any longer. Plus, I was so excited to get back that I even went ahead and decided to redesign the blog haha! My old site was so clunky looking and I figured it was time for a change, so yeah! I’m not done reworking everything yet, but please let me know what you think so far. I still need to figure out what happened to my side bar (because WordPress ate it,) and I want to go back in and reorganize all my posts. But, until then. Let’s talk about some scrapbooking paper inspired nail art!
Here is what I used:
This month’s Digit-al Dozen week is long over with, but I never finished showing you guys all of my designs. So, that’s what I have for you today! The inspiration for this design was this scrapbooking paper from Michaels.
- Start by applying two coats of Wish You Were Beer.
- Then add a layer of Twilight Twinkles on top.
- Once the base is dry, use acrylic paint and a detail brush to add on the pattern.
- Clean up.
- Finish with a layer of Glossy Glam.
So, what do you guys think? I wasn’t all that happy with these when I was painting them, but I’m actually liking how they turned out in the photos! Wish You Were Beer is a stunning polish and it made the perfect base for this nail art. My only complaint would be that the color bleed into the acrylic paint, but oh well. Make sure to leave me a comment down below with your thoughts!
Thank you guys so, so much for reading! Make sure to check back later because I have more nail art to share with you guys!
