Oh hey!

I’m back! Again! Please don’t get sick of me haha. There are going to be a few more days of double posting, so prepare yourselves (I personally prefer coffee or beer when reading through a ton of blog posts, but hey, you do you!)

Onto the nails!

Here’s what I used:

These nails were actually what I wore over my vacation (minus the studs,) but you get the idea! I’m realizing that I don’t own that many neon polishes, so you’ll be seeing a lot of old school China Glaze and polishes from Parallax Polish’s Brain Scan Collection haha.

  1. Start with three coats of I’m With The Lifeguard.
  2. Then using a fan brush, add on Broca’s Area and On-Off Cells (previously reviewed here.)
  3. Clean up.
  4. Place the studs into some wet topcoat.
  5. Finish with a layer of Glossy Glam.

I had every intention of doing nail art over these, but I fell in love with how they looked and had to stop myself. Sometimes simple is better (key word: sometimes…glitter and patterns still rule my world!) What do you guys think, do you prefer simple manicures or do you go crazy all the time?
