It’s time for another Digit-al Dozen week, and I’m already starting off late….meh! I’ve been struggling to find time to do nail art lately, so we’re going to hope that I can keep up this week. But enough about me, because this post should all be about Debbie aka The Crumpet! She recently announced that she’ll be retiring from blogging, so the rest of all got together to do a day just dedicated to her!
So, onto the nails!
Here’s what I used:
When I was picking out a design, I decided to go for something that meant a lot to me and that was Debbie’s first design for the 33 Day Challenge that took place back in 2013. The 33 Day Challenge was the first challenge that I ever joined, because I think I had been blogging for less than a month when it started. But I’m so happy that I did it, because I was able to meet so many awesome bloggers and push my nail art abilities at the same time (even though I was anti-acrylic paint back then…..#soyoungsodumb 😛 )
- Start with two coats of Sia.
- Then using the larger end of the dotting tool, add on some large silver dots using Diamond In The Raw.
- Go back in with Sia and the smaller end of the dotting tool and dot on top of those.
- Fill in the gaps with small, silver dots.
- Clean up.
- Add a layer of Glossy Glam.
I really love this look! The colors are awesome and bright, which makes me happy. Make sure you check out what everyone else has done below to pay homage to our Crumpet, and go leave Debbie some nice comments while you’re at it<3
