Hello lovelies!

I hope your week is off to a great start! This post is going to be a bit on the shorter side, because I have myself convinced that I’m going into work early today (well tomorrow since I’m writing this the night before….but yeah, you get it)……we’ll see if I actually stick to my word. I have a hard enough time getting out of bed in general, so I don’t like having to get up any earlier haha.

Anywho, let’s get to the nails!

This week we’re focusing on marbling for our Twinsie Tuesday post, so I decided to attempt watermarbling again. This time around I created random swirls instead of attempting a pattern, which I actually prefer.

  1. Start with two (or three) coats of When He Shakes His Mane.
  2. Clean up.
  3. Apply liquid latex all around your fingers.
  4. Watermarble using Hazard, Darcy, and Double Duty.
  5. Peel off the latex.
  6. Add a layer of Frozen Over.
  7. Clean up.
  8. Finish with a layer of Glossy Glam.

These nails make me so happy for some reason! I wanted to experiment a bit with my color combination and these colors ended up playing really well with each other. They have a bit of a retro feel, but I love that. What do you guys think?
