Hello lovelies and Happy Halloween! I’m well aware that it is super late at night (11:30 PM to be exact…it’s fine.) But, I just got back from watching scary movies at a friends post and wanted to squeeze in one more “festive” look! It might be too late to recreate this design for this year, but there is always next year! Anywho, let’s get to the creepy, crawly creatures!
Here is what I used:
Aren’t these little guys so cute?! Not even remotely creepy like I suggested in the title, but meh. It’s fine. Haha. This post is probably making absolutely no sense right now (aka I’m so sleepy D: ,) so I’m going to keep the rest of this short and to the point. So, moving on, the inspiration for these nails came from this print that I believe was created by Elise Gravel (*insert complaint about people sucking at crediting their pins…*)
- Start by applying three coats of Over Sized Sweater.
- Add a layer of Always on top.
- Then add a coat of The Sky Is Our Canvas.
- Once that is dry, paint the creatures on using acrylic paint and a detail brush.
- Clean up.
- Finish with a layer of Wax That…
And there we have it! Hopefully you guys enjoyed all of the Halloween nail art that I did this year. I think I’ve only ever managed to post like one or two looks each year, so I’m really happy to have done a ton of designs! It will be nice to go back to some “generic, non-holiday” themed manicures for a bit though. My pattern Pinterest board keeps growing with so many fun things that I haven’t had a chance to paint yet, so I’m excited to tackle some of those designs. But, anyways, I loved how these turned out! The creatures (and cat) are all so cute, especially the little ghost. Make sure to leave me a comment down below with your thoughts!
Thank you guys so much for reading! I hope you all had a fun (and safe) Halloween this year!
