Hello lovelies! Wow. I’m really, really, really sucking at keeping up with the challenge this year haha. I was hoping to have this blogging thing figured out more by now, but yeah. Life is still a bit busy and now I’m sick, so I’m working on it. But for now, I have some green nail art to share with you all. So, let’s get to it!
Here is what I used:
I don’t know what’s up with me lately, but I’ve really been digging one color, line-work nail art. Like *really, really, REALLY* digging it…so prepare yourselves for a lot of that this week haha. Our first encounter with it was inspired by this fabric from The Pattern Collective. I loved how the green and tan colors played together, and knew that I needed it on my nails!
- Start by applying two coats of Dragon Scale.
- Then dry brush on a little bit of Hunter.
- Once the base is dry, use acrylic paint and a detail brush to add on the pattern.
- Clean up.
- Finish with a coat of Tonic Topper.
And that’s a wrap! This look was really fun to wear and it actually got quite a bit of attention. My mother told me I was insane when she saw how tiny the lines were, but it’s cool haha. This is another pattern that would look great in a variety of colors, so I can’t wait to experiment with it again. But, in the meantime. Make sure to leave me a comment down below with your thoughts! I’d love to know what you all think of this design.
Thank you guys so, so much for reading and for sticking around with me! Don’t forget to visit the other bloggers down below, and also remember to check back later for some more nail art!
