Hello again! Today is another double posting day, but I should be all caught up after this one. I’m actually on top of blogging stuff this week, and it’s seriously one of the best feelings. Anyways, I have my final “get to know me” look for this month’s Digit-al Dozen theme. So, let’s get to the pattern!
Here is what I used:
Did anyone guess what my final fun fact is? It’s a super obvious one, but it’s that I love patterns! Surprised? I think it’s safe to say that I was definitely running out of ideas at this point haha. Pretty much everyone who reads the blog is aware of my pattern obsession, since I post them constantly. But, this Georgiana Paraschiv pattern caught my eye and I had to put it on my nails right away!
- Start by applying three coats of Flower Power.
- Dry brush on a little bit of Leia.
- Once that’s dry, use acrylic paint and a slightly fluffy brush to add on the distressed pattern.
- Clean up.
- Finish with a coat of Tonic Topper.
This definitely isn’t one of the most complicated patterns that I’ve ever painted, but I’m still really digging this! Distressed nail art has really been rocking my world lately, and I’m having a lot of fun experimenting with different techniques. But, Flower Power is the star of this manicure! I don’t wear glitter crellies much anymore, but ones from Noodles Nail Polish are some of my favorites. This design would have looked lovely over a cream or shimmer base, but all of the glitters in the crelly help add depth to the art. And on that note I’m going to wrap this up, because I feel like I’m rambling. So, make sure to leave me a comment down below with your thoughts!
Thank you guys so much for reading! I’ll see you guys tomorrow with more nail art!
