Happy Monday lovelies! I hope you all had a lovely weekend! I’m going to try to keep this post on the shorter side (keyword here is try, because we all know I say that every post and then end up rambling on about nonsense.) But, the Digit-al Dozen  is back today to celebrate our January lovelies! Both Courtney (of Polished Lifting) and Brethil (of Druid Nails) celebrated their birthdays this month, and they chose for all of us to recreate a super cute, cacti pattern. So, let’s get to the polish!

Here is what I used:

GUYS. It’s been a very, long time since I’ve been absolutely in love with a manicure that I’ve painted, but omg these nails haha. This wallpaper from etsa has been on my Pinterest pattern inspiration board for ages, and I finally got the chance to paint it!

  1. Start by applying two (or three? I really need to start keeping better notes) coats of These I Like.
  2. Add a layer of The Sky Is Our Canvas (giveaway prize.)
  3. Once that’s dry, paint on the cacti using watered down acrylics and a detail brush.
  4. Go back in and add on the white dots.
  5. Clean up.
  6. Finish with a coat of Glitter Glaze.

This post is nearing towards the edge of being nothing but raving. But, come on guys! I ended up wearing these for a week. Yeah, you read that right. An entire week! That’s unheard of for me (mainly because everything chips on me, but these held up pretty well.) Plus, the brightness helped fight off the January coldness that was back last week. The watercolor effect made me a bit nervous, but I’m glad that I stepped out of my comfort zone and attempted it! Leave me a comment down below with your thoughts though. I’d love to hear what you think!

Thank you guys so, so much for reading! Make sure to go wish Courtney and Brethil a happy birthday!
