Happy Monday lovelies! Now that’s not something you hear me say very often, but I have today off from work and I’m stoked. I also took a break from my laptop this weekend, and I’m definitely feeling better after a little social media “detox.” Anyways, I fell slightly behind with my challenge posts, so I’ll be playing a bit of catch up. But for now, I have some spiderwebs to share with you guys!
Here is what I used:
Spiderwebs is another one of those classic Halloween looks, but this time I decided to spice it up with some sparkles! Sparkles make everything a billion times better, so it was kind of a no brainer haha.
- Start by applying two coats of Enchanted Elixir.
- Then using a striping brush and acrylic paint, add on four intersecting lines.
- Go back in with a detail brush and connect the lines with some slightly curved lines.
- Use the dotting tool and Day Trip To The Islands to add some sparkle on your spiderwebs.
- Clean up.
- Finish with a layer of Glossy Glam.
So, that’s really all I have for you guys on these nails. I can’t really think of that much to say. I’m absolutely in love with the base polish that I used for these, and I think Tonic Nail Polish might be becoming a new favorite brand for me. The formulas on all of the ones I’ve tried have been spot on and the colors are all stunning! Go take a peek at the macro below. I’ll wait 😛 See what I mean? It’s gorgeous! Anyways, what do you guys think? Are you a fan of spiderweb manicures and if so, what’s your favorite color combination for it?
Thank you guys so much for reading! Make sure to check back later for even more Halloween nail art and a Digit-al Dozen post. This week we’re tackling vampy looks, so get ready for a week of darkness 😛
