Oh hello again! Christmas is only like two days away and I still have so many nail art looks to share here on the blog…and presents to wrap. Which is totally unrelated, but yeah, I should probably get that done at some point before Sunday haha. How are you guys doing with your Christmas (if you celebrate) shopping and/or wrapping? And end ramble, so back to the nails! I have some more candy canes to share with you guys, so let’s get to it.
Here is what I used:
These nails aren’t exactly the most “holiday” appropriate, but it has candy canes! People eat candy canes around Christmas, so I’m counting it haha. Plus, look at that base! Light Of Lyra is absolutely beautiful and I love how Polish Con 2016 added a slight touch of glitter. Have you guys tried out Tonic Nail Polish yet? I’m still obsessed, clearly!
- Start by applying two coats of Light Of Lyra.
- Add a layer of Polish Con 2016 over top.
- Once that’s dry, use acrylic paint and a detail brush to add on the candy canes.
- Clean up.
- Finish with a coat of Glossy Glam.
And that is a wrap! You guys seriously need to take a second to go look at the macro down below. Do you see that light blue shimmer in there?! I can see myself wearing this polish a ton! But, moving on. The colors of this design are a little unconventional, but I still love how these turned out! Make sure to leave me a comment down below with your thoughts on this look. I love to know what you think!
Thank you guys so, so much for reading! Have an absolutely great night, and make sure to check back later for more nail art.
