Hello lovelies! We took a little break yesterday, but I’m back today with more nail art. Woo! This week has been pretty weird, and I think I’m starting to get sick…so, it’s been fun! But that’s not going to stop me from sharing with you guys. Let’s get on to the sprinkles!
Here is what I used:
This month for the Nail Challenge Collaborative we’re tackling the black and white theme! Which I love the simplicity of black and white manicures, so I have been really digging it. My first look is my recreation of this print by Ettore Sottsass. Colorful patterns are definitely my first love, but there’s something so elegant yet bold about a monochromatic design. It’s almost like the art stands out more because it doesn’t get lost in a bunch of randomness. What do you guys think? Are you a fan of black and white nail art?
- Start by applying two coats of Storm.
- Then add a layer of Rubberman over top.
- Once that’s dry, paint the sprinkles on with acrylic paint and a detail brush.
- Clean up.
- Finish with a coat of Tonic Topper.
So, that’s a wrap. This look is really simple, but that’s exactly why I love it! This is a great design for those times when you want to do nail art, but are short on time. Plus, you can really experiment with your base polishes! I love the blue glitters in Rubberman, but I’m not a huge fan of wearing it on it’s own so that’s why I layered it over Storm. The holo bits get a little lost, but the dimension from them is lovely. Anyways. Make sure to leave me a comment down below with your thoughts!
Thank you guys so, so much for reading! Make sure to check back for some more nail art!
