Good evening lovelies! It’s looking like another night of late posts, whoops. One of these days, I’m telling you. I will get my life organized and together. But, TODAY IS NOT THAT DAY. So, moving on! It’s time for some more Halloween nail art, and this time around it involves bats! Let’s get to the polish!
Here is what I used:
Haha, guess what guys. I totally got distracted in the middle of writing this post (again,) and completely lost my train of thought. Dang. This is what I get for thinking about what I want to eat for dinner tomorrow (because food is life)…anyways! Bats. That’s what these nails are about. More specifically the bats from this pattern by Maya Bee Illustrations. Her illustrations are really lovely, so make sure to go give her a visit!
- Start by applying two coats of Caramello.
- Once that’s dry, add a layer of 24 (previously reviewed here) on top.
- Then paint on the bats and stars using acrylic paint and a detail brush.
- Clean up.
- Finish with a coat of Glossy Glam.
And that’s a wrap! (Side note: if someone wanted to give me a new tagline for the end of my posts, I would love you forever. Because I’m pretty sure that I’ve ended every post from the last couple of months with some variation of that same line. Ugh.) Aren’t these so cute?! Ghosts are my favorite things to paint for Halloween, but bats are definitely a close second! I still haven’t decided what I’m going to wear on my nails for Halloween, but this look is contender. So, do you guys have your Halloween manicure planned out already? If you do, let me know what you’re doing and what you think of this look!
Thank you guys so much for reading! Make sure to stop again in a little bit for even more nail art!
