Guys! I’m back. Again. But this time it’s super exciting, because I have my final art inspired look to share with you for the past Digit-al Dozen week! Also, this is by far my favorite look from the entire week so I’m not even going to ramble in this introduction. Let’s just get to the nail art!
Here is what I used:
- Start by applying two (or three) coats of My Vampire Is Buff.
- Then mixed a little bit of the other polishes with some acetone (I know. Bad. Shush.) and randomly dabbed them around until I got my desired look. (Chantal previously reviewed here.)
- Once that’s dry, use acrylic paint and a detail brush to add on the geometric bits.
- Clean up.
- Finish with a coat of Glossy Glam.
These nails might honestly be some of my favorites ever! There’s just something about the abstract mix of colors against the solid, geometric shapes. I’m really digging it haha. This was actually the first look that I painted for our art week, but I had to save them for my last post because nothing else I painted topped these. Doing a week of abstract nail art has definitely been a learning experiment. Not every look was a success, but I’m inspired to try out new techniques and to keep trying! I’d love to hear your thoughts, so leave me a comment down below!
Thank you guys so, so much! Have a wonderful day and I’ll see you back here tomorrow for more nail art!
