I have a quick post for you guys. I have my Baccalaureate ceremony, I’m signing the lease on a new apartment, and I have a rehearsal for my Commencement ceremony. So, it’s going to be a busy day!
Let’s get to the nails though!
Here’s what I used:
This was my first attempt at painting a paisley pattern, and I’m going to say that it went pretty well! Except for the random blue blob on my pinky…..I forgot to finish painting that. Whoops…
1. Start with two/three (I don’t remember, sorry) coats of Rowan.
2. Use a detail brush and white acrylic paint, to add on the paisley pattern. I found it easiest to paint the larger paisley shapes first and then fill in around them.
3. Go over some of the shapes with the neon paint and a detail brush.
4. Clean up and add a layer of Glossy Glam.
I loved these nails! I’m so happy with how the pattern came out and I love the contrast of the neons against the neutral polish. Paisley nails might be becoming a staple in the Polish Those Nails arsenal.
Thanks for reading guys! (:
