Hello lovelies and happy Tuesday? Maybe? This week is already kicking my butt, and I’m very sleepy right now. But! It’s Digit-al Dozen time, so I need to wake up! If you saw yesterday’s post then you would know that we are traveling around the continents this week, and today’s stop is Africa. So, let’s get to it!
Here is what I used:
I’m continuing my mission to explore the different textiles and fabrics that are found in each continent. So, today’s African nails are inspired by this Mali Mud Cloth (sold in Konblohs Treasure Cove.) I fell in love with how the dots and geometric elements interacted with each other, so I knew that I needed to put this one on my nails!
- Start by applying three coats of Phoenix.
- Then add a layer of Fairy Dust on top.
- Once that’s dry, use acrylic paint and a detail brush to add on the pattern.
- Clean up.
- Finish with a coat of Glossy Glam.
And, that’s a wrap! The overall look of this manicure is a fairly simple, but I’m still really liking how it turned out. This manicure also marks my first time trying out a polish from Supernatural Lacquer! And I think I may be hooked…(and yes, my wallet is screaming right now haha.) Flakies in crelly bases have a strong hold on my heart, and this one is no exception! But, make sure to leave me a comment down below with your thoughts! Also, what is your favorite polish from Supernatural Lacquer? Tomorrow is payday 😛
Thank you guys so, so much for reading! Make sure to check out the other Digit-al Dozen ladies manicures down below to see what continents they stopped at. Also, don’t forget to check back later because there could be some more nail art coming your way!
